Our worship service includes the following means of grace:
Prayer with Thanksgiving
We strive, by God’s grace, to offer prayer in the name of the Son, by the help of his Spirit, according to his will, with understanding, reverence, humility, fervency, faith, love, and perseverance, in the English language.
The Reading of the Scriptures
We strive, by God’s grace, to read and listen to the reading of the Scriptures with godly fear.
We strive, by God’s grace, to hear the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ as revealed in all of Scripture, with reverence, joy, and understanding.
We strive, by God’s grace, to offer our sacrifice of praise through singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs in a congregational format, accompanied by instruments.
Administration and Receiving of the Sacraments
We strive, by God’s grace, to worthily receive the Sacraments of the New Covenant as instituted by Christ. We receive the Lord’s Supper once per month and baptism as the Lord leads.
